Welcome to Crochetbury! I am crochet designer, Lisa van Klaveren. I am an American, but am married to a Kiwi and have been living in New Zealand since 2006. I'm a stay at home mum to our daughter, Holland. She inspires and models many of my designs. All my patterns are written in standard American terms. I began designing officially while attending university and have published several baby afghan (rug!) patterns in various American crochet magazines. I have a new baby shoe book coming out soon with Annie's Attic - sometime in 2010!
