On Monday we got a new and improved automatic email system up and running on Felt, and the update caused a small hiccup with registration emails. This has now been fixed, but a few unfortunate souls may have experienced some difficulties signing up.
If you registered on Felt this week and haven’t received your login details, worry not! Select “forgotten your password?” under the login box or simply click here to enter your email address and generate new login details which should arrive in your inbox in a flash. Thanks for persevering!
Felt will be offline for maintenance from 7pm until 9pm approximately this Friday, 17 October. Enquiries during this time can be emailed to admin@felt.co.nz.
Over the last couple of months there have been issues with placing feedback on Felt transactions. The good news is, the problem is fixed!
If you have purchased or sold anything on Felt and had issues placing feedback, you can now place feedback on those transactions.
You can place feedback on your past purchases by logging in to your account and clicking “Items you’ve bought” under “Purchases”. If you haven’t already placed feedback on an item, there will be a “Place feedback” link to the right hand side of each item on the list.
To place feedback on sales you’ve made on Felt, log in to your account and click “Item’s I’ve sold (orders)” under “Shop”. Again, if you haven’t already placed feedback on an item, there will be a “Place feedback” link to the right hand side of each item on the list.
Thank you for your patience while this problem has been occurring.
As you know, spam is a major concern out there on the internet.
Different email providers go to different lengths to counteract spam problems and the downside of this is that sometimes real, legitimate emails don’t always get through.
We have noticed that our customers connecting through Xtra sometimes have difficulty getting Felt notification emails. If you have registered with Felt and have not received your log in details, this is probably why. The problem also affects sale and message notifications.
To solve this issue, log on to your webmail at http://webmail.xtra.co.nz and go to your spam email. From there you can add us to your safe senders list, and receive email from Felt as you receive all your other email.
