The Wellington Zinefest is on from 12 till 5pm this Saturday 20 November at the Mighty Mighty on Cuba Street in central Wellington. This year’s fest features a wide array of genres presented by the largest number of stallholders yet (including Felt featured seller Matt Whitwell), with zinesters coming from all over New Zealand and even across the ditch.
The Zinefest is more than just zines though: the goal is to provide a forum and outlet for a broad range of self-publishers, including those who publish their own music. There’s even a few self-publishing workshops going on.
